4. When importing fruits, it should be noted that not all fruits or countries can be imported to China。We need to know the types and countries of fruits that can be imported according to the documents published by the Customs and China Inspection and Quarantine official website。

For the first time to handle the record of the consignee of imported food

1. Visit the domestic importer filing system and apply for filing information at the enterprise side of domestic importer。After the filing application is submitted successfully, it is necessary to record the generated filing application number and query number, so that it can be used when logging in to the enterprise side system of domestic importers。

2. Apply to the inspection and quarantine institution of its industrial and commercial registration for the record。

The following materials shall be provided for filing:

(1) Fill in an accurate and complete consignee filing application form;

(2) Copies of the industrial and commercial business license, organization code certificate, legal representative identity certificate, foreign trade operators record registration form and submit the original for inspection;

(3) Enterprise quality and safety management system;

(4) Organizational setup, departmental functions and post responsibilities related to food safety;

(5) the type of food to be sold and the place of storage;

(6) In the past two years engaged in food import, processing and sales, should provide the relevant description (food variety, quantity);

(7) Self-care inspection shall provide a copy of the self-care inspection unit registration certificate and submit the original for inspection。

3. After verifying the information provided by the enterprise, the inspection and quarantine institution shall approve the filing。You can visit the domestic importer filing system again to check the approval process, and if completed, you will have a filing number。This record number needs to be provided when applying for inspection。
